Garden City Shopping Centre

Garden City is Perth’s best performing shopping centre and is located south of Perth in the suburb of Booragoon, approximately 15 minutes from the CBD.

AMP Capital Shopping Centres is progressing with plans to redevelop Garden City Shopping Centre.

The redevelopment aims to transform the retail, leisure, entertainment and food offer of Perth’s most iconic shopping centre. On completion the centre is expected to have:

  • expanded and refurbished department stores
  • two new full line supermarkets
  • an impressive range of large format international fast fashion retailers and flagship stores
  • a comprehensive main street casual dining and leisure precinct
  • a new Hoyts Cinema complex
  • a comprehensive assortment of fresh food

The development of Garden City will increase the size of the centre from 72,000 square metres to approximately 120,000 square metres and once completed will be WA’s largest fashion and leisure destination.

Karrinyup Shopping Centre

Karrinyup Shopping centre is a highly successful regional centre located in an affluent and well-established area 12 kilometres north of Perth and just over three kilometres from Perth’s prestigious coastal suburbs.

AMP Capital Shopping Centres is planning to redevelop Karrinyup Shopping Centre. The redevelopment aims to enhance the retail, leisure, entertainment and food and beverage offer of this iconic Perth shopping centre.

On completion the centre is will have:

  • additional supermarkets, existing Woolworths and fresh food precinct
  • large format international retailers
  • high-quality brands
  • comprehensive food and beverage offering indoor and alfresco dining
  • large piazza, corso and main street
  • leisure, lifestyle and entertainment
  • residential apartments.

On completion the centre will be approximately 113,300 square metres which includes retail, food and beverage and non-retail commercial space.

The development application was approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission’s Joint Development Assessment Panel in August 2015. In July 2016 AMP Capital appointed construction company Brookfield Multiplex to build the redevelopment. Most recently AMPC have confirmed the pre-commitment of Hoyts to the project.

Pacific Fair Shopping Centre

Ocean Keys Shopping Centre

Ocean Keys is located in Perth’s northern suburbs in one of the fastest growing municipalities in all of Australia. The urban area immediately surrounding Ocean Keys is expected to be fully developed in the next two years, reaching a population of over 89,000 by 2016.

In January 2013, AMP Capital Shopping Centres commenced the $108 million development of Ocean Keys, with it reaching completion in November 2014. Macquarie Centre

Macquarie Centre is Sydney’s newest fashion destination, having just unveiled the final stage of its $440 million two-year redevelopment in October 2014.
