Adam Tindall was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer, AMP Capital in October 2015. As CEO, Adam leads a market leading specialist investment manager which manages funds on behalf of retail and institutional clients across a range of asset classes including equities, fixed interest, real estate and infrastructure. AMP Capital has offices in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.
 
Mr Tindall has 30 years of extensive experience in the investment management and property industries, most recently in the position of Director and Chief Investment Officer, Property at AMP Capital. In this role Mr Tindall led an integrated investment management business, managing a A$19 billion portfolio of high quality property assets across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore on behalf of many leading institutional investors.
 
Prior to this Mr Tindall served as Chief Operating Officer for Property. In this role, Mr Tindall was responsible for AMP Capital's wholly-owned asset management businesses AMP Capital Office & Industrial and AMP Capital Shopping Centres. He also managed all the support functions for AMP Capital Property including Finance, Risk and Compliance, Communications and IT.

In addition, Mr Tindall served on the Property Investment Committees for the key AMP Capital Property funds and separate accounts, and held a similar role for AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Funds. He personally took a leadership role in key developments for AMP Capital including as Chairman of the Project Control Groups for the Macquarie Centre, Pacific Fair, Booragoon, Karrinyup and Quay Quarter Sydney projects.
 
Mr Tindall joined AMP Capital Property in 2009 from Macquarie Capital where he was Executive Director, Property and Infrastructure, responsible for creating or enhancing a number of major property investment funds for clients such as Dexus, Mirvac and Transfield Holdings. Prior to this, Mr Tindall spent 17 years with Lend Lease, ultimately working in various business leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific for Bovis Lend Lease.

Ming Long brings a wealth of expertise in funds management, real estate investing, property development and corporate governance to her role as a non-executive director. She has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, real estate, media and financial management. Most recently, Ming was Group Executive and Fund Manager of the listed Investa Office Fund where she led the Fund through Morgan Stanley’s sale of the Investa business.

Ming has held various senior executive roles during her 11 years at Investa Property Group, including as Joint Managing Director, Group CFO and Executive Director on Investa’s funds management boards. Ming has served as a non-executive director on a number of prominent boards, including Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Finance & Audit Committee of the University of Sydney, and Property Council of Australia, including as President of the International Capital Markets Division Council.

Prior to her appointment as Chairman of the Board of AMP Capital Funds Management Limited (AMPCFM) in June 2018, Ming was an Independent Director of AMPCFM and the Chairman of its Audit & Risk Committee, having been appointed to those roles in July 2017.

Bob McKinnon has more than 40 years’ experience in the financial services, property and technology sectors. He is currently a director at the Mirin Group, a boutique technology advisory firm operating across the Asia Pacific. 
 
Bob has previously held senior executive roles including as Group Executive, Technology and Chief Information Officer of Westpac Group (2008 – 2011) and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (2000 – 2006). He has also served as Joint Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Multiplex Group, Chief Executive of State Street Australia, Chief General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of MLC Group, and Chief Financial Officer of Lend Lease Corporation. Until recently, Bob was also a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Alesco Corporation.
 
Bob is also the Chair of the Board Audit & Risk Committee of AMP Capital Funds Management Limited.

John Patrick (JP) Moorhead recently joined AMP Capital as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer in April 2018 and brings to the role over 20 years’ experience in international investment management and investment banking experience. Prior to joining AMP Capital, JP was the COO of London based Eight Roads, the investment arm of Fidelity International Limited. Before this, JP was with the Virgin Group for 11 years in Sydney, London and Geneva holding a variety of positions including Group CFO, Group Corporate Finance Director and Investment Director.

Prior to this, JP worked in investment banking for Goldman Sachs in both London and Sydney where he gained significant experience across various geographies in a wide range of industries including financial services, aviation and airports. JP will manage AMP Capital’s finance, strategy, risk and investment services functions, as well as the Global Product and Debt Advisory teams. In addition to this, JP will also be responsible for AMP Capital’s responsible entity and trustee boards.

Peter Rowe is an experienced board Chairman and non-executive director, with 40 years’ experience in the financial service sector.  A retired solicitor and former partner at Herbert Smith Freehills, Peter has been recognised as one of Australia’s most respected and experienced legal practitioners within financial services.  At Herbert Smith Freehills, Peter led the financial services division and established the firm’s securitisation practice before retiring in July 2011 after 22 years as a partner. He remains a consultant to the firm.

Peter previously served as the Chairman of the AMP Capital Managed Investment Schemes Compliance Committee and was the Chairman of the AMP Capital China Growth Fund Advisory Committee. In addition, he is on several boards, including as Chairman in Australia and Singapore, while Australian and international regulators have consulted Mr Rowe on funds management and securitisation issues and he has also lectured on these topics internationally.
