These assets are intended to be diversified across the office, retail, industrial and multifamily1 sectors once the Fund reaches critical mass. The Fund invests in ‘core’ and ‘core-plus’ property. Core assets are those considered to have secure and low risk cash flows over the medium to long-term. Core-plus assets require active asset management over a period of time to become core assets. This includes primary responsibility for portfolio construction and investment decisions and capital management initiatives including capital raising activities, investor relations and principal contact with our US strategic partner.
