These assets are intended to be diversified across the office, retail, industrial and multifamily1 sectors once the Fund reaches critical mass. The Fund invests in ‘core’ and ‘core-plus’ property. Core assets are those considered to have secure and low risk cash flows over the medium to long-term. Core-plus assets require active asset management over a period of time to become core assets.
