The team Kylie O’Connor Fund Manager, AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund Read bio Kylie O’Connor Fund Manager, AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund BCom, GradDip (Applied Finance) Close Kylie O’Connor joined AMP Capital in July 2015, and is based in the company’s Sydney office. She is responsible for investment performance of the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund – a A$4.2 billion core fund invested in prime commercial, retail and industrial assets. Between June 2002 and June 2015, Ms O’Connor worked for Lend Lease, where she was a Fund Manager, responsible for investment performance, strategy and client relationships. Prior to this, she worked as a graduate in the Property Audit & Advisory division at Arthur Andersen. Ms O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Land Economics from the University of Western Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Finsia. She is a member of the New South Wales board of advisers for the Property Industry Foundation. Julian Menegazzo Assistant Fund Manager, AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund Read bio Julian Menegazzo Assistant Fund Manager, AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund BCom, GradDip App Fin Close Julian is the Assistant Fund Manager for the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund, responsible for assisting the Fund Manager in preparation and implementation of portfolio strategy as well as the application of the Investment Forecasting Model. Appointed to this role in 2014, Julian was previously the Transactions Manager and Analyst within AMP Capital’s Real Estate Capital Transactions Team, responsible for incorporating the acquisition and disposal of property assets in Australia and New Zealand on behalf of the AMP Capital’s managed funds in accordance with their fund mandates. Julian joined AMP Capital in 2007 from BDO Australia, where he was an Analyst within the Corporate Finance Division with responsibilities including independent expert reports, investigating accounting reports, capital raising services, acquisition due diligence, financial modelling, report writing, research and analysis.
