This website offers streaming video and audio in the Flash 9 format. Streaming media allows you to watch video on a website as a continuous feed, as opposed to waiting for an entire audio or video file to download to your computer before you can use it.
Download the software
To play a video or multimedia clip, you need to have the Flash 9 player installed. You can download one for most systems (including Mac OS X) for free if one is not already installed on your system.
How can I pause, rewind or increase the volume on the video files?
Put your mouse over the video files. A tool bar will appear on the video screen allowing you to either pause, rewind or control the volume of the video.

What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a web feed format used for updating frequently published works. An RSS feed provides details on a newly published or updated website item. The Digital INsights RSS feed will alert you to the addition of new video content on the website. In order to receive the Digital INsights RSS update feeds, you will need an RSS news reader. These programs can be web based, desktop based, or mobile device based and there are many free applications available to download. Once you have set up your reader, you can then subscribe to the Digital INsights RSS feed to receive updates.
Please note that users may encounter issues with the RSS function if using Internet Explorer version 6 or earlier.
