Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) updates
Notice of Election Regarding Exit Statements for Funds
AMP Capital Funds Management Limited, National Mutual Funds Management Ltd, ipac asset management limited and The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited (AMP Capital Core Property Fund), as responsible entities of our range of registered schemes (Funds) intend to elect, with effect from 1 July 2017, to shorten the maximum period by which an exit statement must be given in respect of our Funds from six months to three months from the date an investor ceases to hold the product. The election, which will be made as soon as practical after the Australian Securities and Investments Commission formally amends Class Order 14/1252 to give effect to its in-principle decision to grant relief, is a condition of relying on the relief.
The effect of this election is that exit statements given to members who exit a Fund between 1 July 2017 and 30 September 2017 will not contain information about fees and other costs that are compliant with ASIC's disclosure requirements set out in the Class Order and in its regulatory guidance regarding the Class Order. As such, the information about fees and other costs set out in these periodic statements may be calculated on a different basis to the basis used for disclosures in Product Disclosure Statements for those Funds that have been updated to comply with the Class Order and associated ASIC guidance.
All periodic statements, including exit statements, in respect of all of the Funds will comply with the requirements of the Class Order and ASIC guidance for reporting periods ending on or after 1 October 2017.

19 December 2011: Advisers appointed
An amendment is made to the Responsible Investment Leaders Diversified Fixed Income Fund Information Memorandum dated 28 September 2009, as set out below.
On page 6 of the Information Memorandum, all information under the heading ‘Investment Committee' is deleted and replaced with:
The Investment Committee is responsible for investment decision-making and financial performance, and performs four key tasks:
- Determining the long term investment strategies of the Funds
- Identifying the manager universe
- Manager selection
- Strategic asset allocation.
The Investment Committee includes investment professionals from within AMP Capital and advisers appointed by us to provide advice and research on investment manager selection, to advise on strategic asset allocation, and to provide monitoring services for the Fund. Except in limited circumstances, we pay the advisers for these services and they are not a cost to the Fund. We, or any of the appointed advisers, may terminate a current consulting arrangement, and aspects of an arrangement may change. If a material change occurs, we will lodge a PDS update notice online at www.ampcapital.com.au.
